§ 9.20.010. Violation – Penalty.¶

Any person or persons, who cut or remove any city owned trees, obliterate, damage or remove structures protecting said trees, or damage or remove any trash receptacles, all of said objects being upon any streets or alleys within the city limits without permission of the city council is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, is punishable by a fine not exceeding $500.00, by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
