§ 12.05.010. Sidewalk maintenance.¶

The property owners of the city of Point Arena shall keep their lots and sidewalk in good condition so as to avoid fire and other hazards. If the lots and sidewalk are not in good condition the owner shall be notified of the fact, and if not complied with in 15 days the city will hire the work done and bill the property owner.
