§ 10.05.620. Parking on certain streets prohibited.

When authorized signs are in place giving notice thereof no person shall stop, stand or park any vehicle on the streets or portions of streets, as follows:

(1) The central 24 feet of Riverside Drive.

§ 10.05.630. One-hour parking.

When authorized signs, parking meters or curb markings are in place giving notice thereof, it shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to stop, stand or park said vehicle within the city of Point Arena between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. of any day except Sundays and holidays for a period of time longer than one hour.

§ 10.05.640. Two-hour parking.

When authorized signs, parking meters or curb markings are in place giving notice thereof, it shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to stop, stand or park said vehicle within the city of Point Arena between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. of any day except Sundays and holidays for a period of time longer than two hours.

§ 10.05.650. Parking space markings.

The city council is authorized to install and maintain parking space markings to indicate parking spaces adjacent to curbings where authorized parking is permitted.

When such parking space markings are placed in the highway, subject to other and more restrictive limitations, no vehicle shall be stopped, left standing or parked other than within a single space unless the size or shape of such vehicle makes compliance impossible.

§ 10.05.660. Parking – Commercial vehicles in residential districts.

No person shall park any commercial vehicle more than five hours in any residential district except (1) while loading or unloading property and time in addition to such five-hour period is necessary to complete such work, or (2) when such vehicle is parked in connection with, and in aid of, the performance of a service to or on a property in the block in which such vehicle is parked and time in addition to such five-hour period is reasonably necessary to complete such service.

§ 10.05.670. Parking on private property – Prohibited.

No person shall park a vehicle in a private driveway or on private property without the direct or implied consent of the owner or person in lawful possession of such driveway or property.
