§ 8.06.010. Unlawful.

It is unlawful for any person to use, fire, or discharge any air gun, sling shot, sling, rubber sling, or other device for the propulsion of shot, stone or other similar substance with this City.

§ 8.06.020. Violation.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable by a fine in the amount of not more than $500 or by imprisonment for a period of not more than six months in the Amador County Jail, or by both such fine and imprisonment.

§ 8.06.030. Penalty.

Upon conviction of a violation of Section 8.06.010 of this chapter, the City Council/Amador County Sheriff's office is hereby authorized to confiscate any article of personal property therein set out used in violation of said section.
