Plymouth Municipal Code Ch. 16.33 Development Agreements

California Government Code Sections 65864 through 65869.5 authorized cities to enter into binding development agreements with persons who have legal or equitable interests in real property for the development of such property, and authorizes the City to establish procedures for execution of such agreements. The procedures and requirements for consideration and execution of development agreements have been the subject of a public hearing and have been determined to be in the public interest, and were adopted by the City Council as set forth in Resolution No. 81-18, made a part of this title by reference.
