PROHIBITION OF SALE OF TOBACCO PRODUCTS FROM VENDING MACHINE
§ 8.10.010. Prohibitions.¶
No cigarette or other tobacco product may be sold, offered for sale, or distributed by or from a vending machine or appliance, or any other device designed or used for vending purposes, except where minors are prohibited from entering without adult supervision.
§ 8.10.020. Penalty.¶
Violation of this chapter is punishable as a misdemeanor. (Ord. 97-7 § 7, 1997)
§ 8.10.030. Use of fines.¶
The court assessing the fine set forth in Section 8.10.020 shall to the extent allowed by law designate said fines for the County Health Department and Sheriff to support the cost of inspection for violation of this chapter.
