Chapter 18.04 — FEES
Plymouth Municipal Code · 2026-07 edition · updated 2026-09-30 · Plymouth
§ 18.04.010. General provisions.¶
The fees charged by the City for preparation of environmental documents for private projects are addressed in the City's separate fee resolution. In general, fees for initial studies, negative declarations and notices of exemption are included in the various fees required for different private project applications. When an EIR is required, an additional fee is usually required as well as deposits to cover the cost of consultant contracts for preparation of the draft and final EIRs. In addition, the City may charge and collect a reasonable fee from members of the public for a copy of any environmental document not to exceed the actual cost of reproducing a copy. (Ord. 96-10 § 1, 1996)
