§ 1.12.010. Designated.¶

The seal heretofore used and now used by and for the City (the inscription in the center thereof is "Incorporated Feb 9, 1917," and on the circumference thereof is "City of Plymouth, Amador County, Cal.") has been and now is the official seal of the City. The City Clerk is the custodian of the City seal.
