Sec. 5-9.01. - Bingo authorized.

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 19 of Article IV of the Constitution of the State, bingo games are authorized to be conducted by nonprofit charitable organizations only in the unincorporated area of the County provided all conditions are met as prescribed under Section 326.5 of the Penal Code of the State.
