Sec. 1-6.01. - Unlawful.

(a) False statements and misrepresentations. It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly falsify or conceal any fact, or make any false or fraudulent statement or misrepresentation, in any matter or proceeding within the jurisdiction of any department or agency of the County.

(b) Misleading writing and documents. It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly use any false or misleading writing or document in any matter or proceeding within the jurisdiction of any department or agency of the County.
