Sec. 4-4.01. - Designation of areas where skateboarding is prohibited.¶
Within the unincorporated area of Plumas County, it shall be unlawful for any person to ride a skateboard on County property or private commercial property that is posted with a sign giving notice that skateboarding is prohibited by the County of Plumas or by the owner of the private commercial property. County property or private commercial property which may be posted includes, but is not limited to, driveways, parking lots, sidewalks, walkways, paths, entrances and steps.

Sec. 4-4.02. - Violations: Enforcement.¶
Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of an infraction and shall be issued a citation by a peace officer.

Sec. 4-4.03. - Quincy Skate Park: Rules and Regulations.¶
The following Rules and Regulations shall apply within the area of the Quincy Skate Park, Quincy, California:
Unless otherwise posted by the direction of the Board of Directors of the Central Plumas Recreation and Park District or the Plumas County Board of Supervisors, it shall be unlawful for any person:
(a) To enter or remain on the skate park premises during period of closure, after official sunset until 9:00 a.m. the next day, or during other periods of facility closure as may be posted.
(b) To operate any bicycle, scooter or motorized vehicle inside the park premises.
(c) To engage in any skate or skateboard related activity inside the park premises without wearing appropriate helmet, kneepads, and elbow pads at all times.
(d) To possess or consume alcoholic beverages within the park premises at any time.
(e) To play amplified music or use loudspeakers, unless authorized by permit by the Board of Directors of the Central Plumas Recreation and Park District, or the Plumas County Board of Supervisors.
(f) To engage in the act of skating or skateboarding upon park picnic tables or barbecue structures.
Any violation of this section shall be punishable as set forth in Section 4-4.02.
