This ordinance shall go into effect and be in full force and operation from and after thirty (30) days after its final passage and approval and shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its passage in the Feather River Bulletin, Chester Progressive, The Record, and the Portola Reporter, newspapers of general circulation in the County of Plumas.
The foregoing ordinance was duly passed and adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Plumas, State of California, at a regular meeting of said Board on the 5th day of June, 1973, by the following vote:
