Sec. 4-5.01. - Gansner Park: Restrictions for use.¶
The restrictions set forth in this section shall apply to that portion of Gansner Park north of the center line of Spanish Creek within the boundaries of the Central Plumas Recreation, Park, and Parkways District.
Unless otherwise posted by the direction of the Board of Directors of the Central Plumas Recreation, Park, and Parkways District or the Board of Supervisors, it shall be unlawful for any person:
(a) To camp or stay overnight;
(b) To drive any motor vehicle, except on roads for entering and exiting or in designated parking areas;
(c) To ride or lead horses;
(d) To discharge a firearm, except a peace officer acting within the scope of his duties;
(e) To build fires, except in the facilities provided; and
(f) To use bows and arrows.
All posted signs regarding hours of use shall be strictly observed.

Sec. 4-5.02. - Lowell Bader Memorial Park: Restrictions for use.¶
The restrictions set forth in this section shall apply within the area of Lowell Bader Memorial Park, Meadow Valley, California, within the boundaries of the Central Plumas Recreation, Park, and Parkways District.
Unless otherwise posted by the direction of the Board of Directors of the Central Plumas Recreation, Parks and Parkways District or the Board of Supervisors, it shall be unlawful for any person:
(a) To camp or stay overnight;
(b) To drive any motor vehicle, except on roads for entering and exiting or in designated parking areas;
(c) To ride or lead horses;
(d) To discharge a firearm, excepting a peace officer acting within the scope of his duties;
(e) To build fires, except in the facilities provided;
(f) To use bows and arrows;
(g) To operate any bicycle, except on roads for entering and exiting or in designated parking areas for bicycles; and
(h) To permit any dog in such person's ownership or possession to be at large without being controlled by a leash.
All posted signs regarding hours of use and rules of conduct shall be strictly observed.

Sec. 4-5.03. - Crescent Mills Lighting District: Restrictions for use.¶
It shall be unlawful for any person to consume any alcoholic beverages on any County-owned or controlled public street within the boundaries of the Crescent Mills Lighting District, unless such consumption is in an area which has been licensed for that purpose by the Sheriff.

Sec. 4-5.04. - Greenville Community Services District: Restrictions for use.¶
It shall be unlawful for any person to consume any alcoholic beverages on any County-owned or controlled public street within the boundaries of the Greenville Community Services District, unless such consumption is in an area which has been licensed for that purpose by the Sheriff.

Sec. 4-5.05. - Taylorsville County Service Area: Restrictions for use.¶
It shall be unlawful for any person to consume any alcoholic beverages on any County-owned or controlled public street within the boundaries of Taylorsville County Service Area, unless such consumption is in an area which has been licensed for that purpose by the Sheriff.

Sec. 4-5.06. - Chester Park: Restrictions for use.¶
The restrictions set forth in this section shall apply within the area of the county-owed Chester Park, in the town of Chester, California.
Unless otherwise posted by the direction of the Board of Supervisors, it shall be unlawful for any person:
(a) To camp or stay overnight, excepting the designated park host;
(b) To drive any motor vehicle, except on roads for entering and exiting or in designated parking areas;
(c) To ride or lead horses;
(d) To discharge a firearm, excepting a peace officer acting within the scope of this duties;
(e) To build fires, except in the facilities provided;
(f) To use bows or arrows; and,
(g) To enter, occupy, or use the park at night; night-time shall be deemed to commence one hour after sunset.
All posted signs regarding hours of use and rules of conduct shall be strictly observed.
