Sec. 5-10.01. - Solar shade control.

Pursuant to the authority granted in Section 25985 of the Public Resources Code of the State, the County hereby declares itself exempt from the provisions of Chapter 12 (commencing with Section 25980) of Division 15 of said Public Resources Code (Solar Shade Control).
