§ 13.36.010. Establishment.

Whenever any ordinance or resolution of the city designates and describes any street, or portion thereof, as a through street, any intersection at which vehicles are required to stop at one or more entrances thereto or any railroad grade crossing at which vehicles are required to stop, the public works director shall erect and maintain stop signs as provided in Sections 21354, 21355 and 21400 of the Vehicle Code of the state.
