3.10.010 Signing of warrants and checks.

Pursuant to authority granted the city by California Government Code Section 40602, all warrants or checks drawn on the city treasury shall be signed by any two of the following city officers:

A. Finance director;

B. City manager;

C. City clerk;

D. Deputy finance director. (Ord. 96-10 § 1, 1996)
