Pismo Beach Municipal Code Ch. 16.72 Time-Share Uses

A. "Hotel" shall have the same meaning as in Section 3.20.020.

B. "Time-share uses," as used in this chapter and elsewhere in this code, shall mean and include each and all of the time-share project, estate, and use definitions set forth in California Business and Professions Code Section 11003.5, as it may be amended or renumbered from time to time. A. It shall be unlawful and a misdemeanor for any person to construct for time-share use, to convert to time-share use, to offer to another for time-share use, or to occupy as a time-share use any portion of any hotel or residential structure or facility. This section shall apply whether or not the type of development, or number of units involved, constitutes a subdivision.

B. Subsection (A) of this section shall not apply to any time-share use for hotel or residential facilities irrevocably committed to a time-share use by documents recorded prior to the adoption of Urgency Ordinance 86-3. (Ord. 86-17 § 2 (part), 1986)
