3.04.010 State provisions adopted.¶
The council does avail itself of the provisions of the General Law of the state of California relative to the assessment and collection of taxes by the county officials. (Prior code § 3.24.010)
3.04.020 Duties transferred to county.¶
The duties of assessing property and collecting taxes provided by law to be performed by the assessor and tax collector of the city, shall be performed by the county assessor and county tax collector. (Prior code § 3.24.020)
