2.44.010 DECLARATION .¶
The Council of the city declares that there is a need for a redevelopment agency to function in the city. (Ord. 307 § 1, 1972).
2.44.020 ACCORDANCE WITH STATE LAW.¶
This declaration is made in accordance with the provisions of the Community Redevelopment Law of the state of California. (Ord. 307 § 2, 1972).
2.44.030 CREATION – TITLE.¶
The redevelopment agency created in the city by the terms of the Community Redevelopment Law is designated the “Pinole redevelopment agency.” (Ord. 307 § 3, 1972).
