10.16.010 Drive-in or outdoor theaters—View from outside.

No operator of a drive-in or outdoor theater shall permit or shall cause to be permitted any entertainment or Mlm

to be shown or viewed which contains any explicit sexual materials which can be seen or viewed from outside the

theater or from a sidewalk, street or highway. (Ord. 1090 NCS §1, 1973; prior code §16.28.)

10.16.020 Public urination and defecation and exposure for purposes

thereof.

A. It is unlawful for any person over the age of ten years to wilfully urinate or defecate in a public place or in a

place exposed to public view.

B. It is unlawful for any person over the age of ten years to wilfully expose his person or private parts for the

purpose of urination or defecation in a public place or in a place exposed to public view in such a manner that the

genitals, vulva, pubis, pubic symphysis, pubic hair, buttocks, natal cleft, perineum, anus, anal region or pubic hair

region is exposed to public view.
