2.34.010 - Appointment.

Upon the earlier to occur of December 1, 2020 or a vacancy in the office of the city clerk, the city clerk shall be appointed by and hold office at the pleasure of the city manager, in accordance with the authority vested in the city manager under Section 2.28.050.A of the Paso Robles Municipal Code.
