Chapter 1.20 — ELECTION DISTRICTS

1.20.010 - Districts established.¶
A.
The city is redistricted into 7 districts. The districts shall be used for all elections of members of the board of directors hereafter until such time as new districts are established as provided by the Charter of the city. The 7 districts shall be numbered and constituted as follows in Sections 1.20.020 through 1.20.080.
B.
All lines as used herein proceed along the center line of the improved portion of the roadway or freeway, unless otherwise described.

1.20.020 - District No. 1.¶
District No. 1 shall be as follows:
All that portion of the city lying within the boundaries of the following described line: The region bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of city boundary and Oak Grove Dr., and proceeding southerly along city boundary to N. Lake Ave., and proceeding southerly along N. Lake Ave. to E. Howard St., and proceeding westerly along E. Howard St. to El Molino Ave., and proceeding southerly along El Molino Ave. to E. Ladera St., and proceeding westerly along E. Ladera St. to N. Los Robles Ave., and proceeding southerly along N. Los Robles Ave. to E. Washington Blvd., and proceeding westerly along E. Washington Blvd. to W. Washington Blvd., and proceeding westerly along W. Washington Blvd. to I-210 freeway, and proceeding southerly along I-210 freeway to W. District No. 2 shall be as follows:
