9.04.010 - False fire alarms prohibited.¶
Any person who makes a false alarm by ringing the fire bell or by shouting fire, is guilty of a misdemeanor.

9.04.020 - Wasting water during fire prohibited.¶
Any person who permits the water to be or remain turned on, so as to let the same flow upon any premises under the control of such person during the prevalence of any fire, after the alarms shall have been given, except where such water is used to extinguish such fire, is guilty of an infraction, and shall be punishable as set forth in Section 1.16.010 of this code.

9.04.030 - Driving vehicles over fire hose prohibited.¶
Any person convicted of driving any vehicle over any hose while the same is being used by the fire department, is guilty of an infraction, and shall be punishable as set forth in Section 1.16.010 of this code.
