8.28.010 - Exemption.¶

The town is exempt from the provisions of the Solar Shade Control Act, originally established by Chapter 1366 of the Laws of 1978 (the exemption is pursuant to the authority of Public Resources Code Section 25985). (Ord. 16 §§1(L)(part), 2(B)(part), 1980: county code §15-31)
