3.08.010 - Town manager authorized.

The town manager is authorized to sign the following documents after prior authorization by the town council by resolution or minute order:

A. Warrants drawn on the town treasury;

B. Written contracts and conveyances made or entered into by the town; and

C. Instruments requiring the town seal.
