13.04.610 - Enforcement authority.

It shall be the duty of the on-site sanitary official to enforce the provisions of this chapter and the on-site sanitary official, or his or her duly authorized representative, is empowered to enter at any reasonable hour any premises necessary in the enforcement of this chapter.

13.04.620 - Nonliability of town.

This chapter shall not be construed as imposing upon the town or the county any liability or responsibility for damage resulting from the defective construction of any sanitary disposal system, as provided in this chapter; nor shall the town or any official, employee or any contract agency, its employees, agents or servants thereof be held as assuming any such liability or responsibility by reason of standards, requirements or inspection authorized thereunder.
