§ 2.04.010. Regular meetings.¶
The city council shall hold regular meetings on the second and fourth Tuesday of every month, except that no regular meeting will be held in the month of August or the fourth Tuesday of December and the first meeting of January shall be held on the second Wednesday. Meetings shall begin at the hour of six-thirty p.m. in the council chambers of City Hall located at 340 Palos Verdes Drive West or in such other place within the city limits to which such meeting may be adjourned. A closed session, if any, of each regular meeting may be held before the regular meeting, with the start time of the closed session noted on the posted agenda. When the day for any regular meeting falls on a legal holiday, the city council may choose to meet on that day as scheduled or meet on another date by formal adjournment.
