§ 13.04.010. Connection permit – Required.¶
It is unlawful for any person, other than persons specifically permitted by this chapter, to cause or permit the connection of private sewer facilities to a public sewer or other similar appurtenance without first obtaining from the city engineer a written permit to construct or use such facilities, paying the required fees for issuing the permit and to cover costs for inspection and incidental expenses in connection therewith.

§ 13.04.020. Connection permit – Fee.¶
The application for a connection permit shall be accompanied by an application fee as required by the fee schedule adopted by the city council.
