11.04.010 Adoption of procedures.

The city shall adopt by resolution objectives, criteria, and procedures for the evaluation of projects and the preparation of environmental impact reports and negative declaration pursuant to Division 13 of the California Public Resources Code.

11.04.020 Consistency.

The adopted objectives, criteria, and procedures shall be consistent with the provisions of Division 13 of the California Public Resources Code and with the guidelines adopted by the Secretary of the Resources Agency pursuant to Section 21083 of the California Public Resources Code.

11.04.030 Public review.

A copy of the adopted objectives, criteria, and procedures shall be placed in all city libraries for public review. Any person may obtain a copy from the planning department at no charge or for a reasonable fee, as determined by the city manager in the municipal fee schedule.
