§ 15.24.010. Adopted.¶
(A) Except as provided in this chapter, County Substandard Property Ordinance No. 9371 in effect August 18, 1967, shall be the substandard property ordinance of the City providing regulations for the control and abatement of substandard property.
(B) Three copies of the County substandard property ordinance have been deposited in the office of the City Clerk and shall be at all times maintained by the clerk for use and examination by the public.

§ 15.24.020. Definitions.¶
Whenever any of the following names or terms are used in the County substandard property ordinance, each such name or term shall be deemed and construed to have the meaning ascribed to it in this section as follows:
(A)
"Building Rehabilitation Appeals Board"
means the City Council of the City.
(B)
"County" or "County of Los Angeles"
means the City.
(C)
"County Engineer"
means the City Engineer.
