Chapter 17.80 — PURPOSE AND APPLICABILITY

The development standards included in this Division are intended to clarify and complement the provisions and standards governing development in each zone. (Ord. 1603 § 4 (Exh. I), 2023)

The development standards contained in this Division shall apply to all uses, buildings, and structures in every zone, and shall be in addition to the property development standards specific to each zone. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of this Division and other provisions of this Title, the more restrictive provisions shall apply. (Ord. 1603 § 4 (Exh. I), 2023)

Neither the provisions of this Title nor the granting of any permit provided for in this Title authorizes or legalizes the maintenance of any public or private nuisance. (Ord. 1603 § 4 (Exh. I), 2023)
