Notes:
- The maximum height of a primary or secondary structure, as measured pursuant to PMC § 17.17.030 (Measuring heights), shall not exceed 45 feet/three stories, except with the issuance of a conditional use permit in approving a CUP for additional building height, the Review Authority shall find that adequate setbacks are provided on the project site to mitigate adverse impacts on adjacent properties; that adequate fire protection is provided for the subject buildings; that maximum floor area ratio requirements are not exceeded; and that the height, bulk, massing, design, and placement of the building on the subject site will not adversely impact adjacent properties or the general public.
