§ 2.44.010. Retirement system contract.¶
A contract between the city council and the Board of Administration, California Public Employees' Retirement System is authorized, a copy of the contract being on file in the office of the city clerk, and by such reference made a part of this chapter as though set out in full.

§ 2.44.020. Power of mayor.¶
The mayor is authorized, empowered, and directed to execute the contract for and on behalf of the agency.
