Sec. 4-11.01. - Declaration of nuisances.

The accumulation of sand on property adjacent to the public right-of-way in such quantity and under such circumstances that normal weather conditions will likely result in such sand being deposited on the public right-of-way is hereby declared to be a public nuisance.

Sec. 4-11.02. - Unlawful to maintain nuisances.

It shall be unlawful for any owner of any lot or parcel of land in the City to permit or maintain on any such lot or parcel of land any accumulation of sand that is a public nuisance as defined in Section 4-11.01 of this chapter.
