Pacifica Municipal Code § 7 Publication and effective date

This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its passage in the Pacifica Tribune, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Pacifica, and shall become effective thirty (30) days after the date of its adoption.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing ordinance is a full, true, and correct copy of Ordinance No. 485 of the City of Pacifica entitled as above; that it was introduced on June 22, 1970, and adopted by the Council on July 27, 1970, by the following vote:

AYES: Councilmen: Farber, Modena, Minshew, McCarthy, and Mayor Gust

NOES: Councilmen: None

ABSENT: Councilmen: None
