§ 10.12.010. Unlawful to permit nuisance – Abatement.

It is unlawful for the owner, or any person having the custody of any dog, cat or other animal, to permit or allow the same to create a public nuisance of any kind or character within the city limits. It is the duty of the police department of this city, in its discretion, to take whatever steps may be necessary to abate any such public nuisances caused by any such dog, cat or other animal within the city limits.
