§ 1.08.010. Procedure for amending.

The provisions hereafter enacted in this code or any amendments thereto shall be through ordinance, provided, however, that only the body of each ordinance so passed, containing the title, chapters, and section numbers, as provided herein, shall be included as part of this code.

§ 1.08.020. Effective date of ordinances.

Unless an ordinance states otherwise it shall become effective immediately upon its final passage and approval.
