SEC. 16-145. REGULATIONS ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.

The regulations applicable to the Downtown Zones, as found in Ordinance 2963, are hereby adopted by reference as if set forth in full herein. The regulations can be found at https://www.oxnard.org/downtown-code/. (Ord. No. 2963, 2969, 2985)
