SEC. 16-108. DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS.

The following table sets forth development standards for all of the commercial zone districts in the city. All permitted and conditionally permitted uses shall be consistent with the purpose and intent of the respective zone.

Buildings having commercial uses on the lower floor and residential uses on the upper floor or floors shall comply with the front, side and rear yard regulations of the C-2 zone for commercial floors and the R-3 zone for the residential floors. |
