SEC. 16-21. PERMIT REQUIREMENTS FOR RESIDENTIAL USES.

The required permit for a respective residential land use is indicated in Section 16-22, residential land use matrix. The permit requirements are as provided in Chapter 16, Article VII - Permit Procedures.
(A) Specific plan permit requirements. For development in areas within a designated specific plan, the specific plan will identify the processing requirements for uses. Where the specific plan is silent on a use or process, or where State law allows for a use (e.g., accessory dwelling units), the following table identifies the permit processing requirements. (Ord.
