SEC. 16-263. REAR YARD.

There shall be a rear yard of not less than 25% of the depth of the lot; provided that such rear yard need not exceed 50 feet. A reduction to the setback required by this section may be permitted on approval of a special use permit as

provided in sections 16-530 to 16-553. (`64 Code, Sec. 34-104.3) (Ord. No. 894, 2873)
