SEC. 15-206. MASTER PLAN OF WATER FACILITIES.

The master plan of water facilities for the city contains an estimate of the total costs of constructing the water facilities required by the plan and a map of the area covered by the plan, showing the location of the facilities. The fees imposed by this division shall be based on the master plan of water facilities. The costs estimated in the master plan of water facilities shall be adjusted to reflect current costs.
