SEC. 15-196. MASTER PLAN OF WASTEWATER FACILITIES.

(A) The master plan of wastewater facilities for the city contains an estimate of the total costs of constructing the wastewater facilities required by the plan and a map of the area covered by the plan, showing the location of the facilities.

(B) The fees imposed by this division shall be based on the master plan of wastewater facilities.

(C) The costs estimated in the master plan of wastewater facilities shall be adjusted to reflect current costs. (`64 Code, Sec. 27-89.31) (Ord. No. 2258)
