SEC. 15-186. MASTER PLAN OF DRAINAGE FACILITIES.

The master plan of drainage for the city contains an estimate of the total costs of constructing the drainage facilities required by the plan and a map of the area covered by the plan, showing the location of the facilities. The fees imposed by this division shall be based on the master plan of drainage and the development impact fee nexus study. The costs estimated in the master plan of drainage shall be adjusted to reflect current costs. (`64 Code, Sec. 27-89.23) (Ord. No. 2258, 2979)
