SEC. 15-135. LAND DIVISIONS OF FOUR LOTS OR FEWER.

As a condition of approval of every tentative subdivision map for a division of land into four or fewer lots, the subdivider shall be required to make, or cause to be made, reasonable off-site and on-site improvements for the parcels being created.
