SEC. 15-87. DEDICATION UNDER PARCEL MAP.

If required as a condition of approval of a parcel map, a dedication or offer of dedication may be made either by certificate on the parcel map or by separate instrument. If made by separate instrument, the dedication or offer of dedication shall be recorded concurrently with, or prior to, the parcel map being filed for record. (`64 Code, Sec. 27-62) (Ord. No. 1570)
