SEC. 15-28. ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW REQUIRED.

Prior to initiating an application for a division of land subject to this article, the subdivider shall request of the planning and environmental services division ("planning division") an environmental review of the proposed project. (`64 Code, Sec. 27-23) (Ord. No. 1570)
