§ 13.16.010. Rules and regulations for use of municipal airport.¶
A. Authority of Council to Adopt. The city council shall, by resolution, adopt rules and regulations for the use of the municipal airport.
B. Adoption by Reference—Filing.
Those certain rules and regulations, a copy of which is annexed hereto labeled Exhibit "A" and by this reference incorporated herein, are hereby approved and adopted as the Operative Rules and Regulations for the municipal airport.
Such rules and regulations are not set out herein, but copies of the same shall be filed in the office of the city clerk and made available to the public for inspection at any time.

§ 13.16.020. Fees for services and facilities at municipal airport.¶
The city council shall fix fees for services and facilities furnished at the municipal airport.

§ 13.16.030. Rules and regulations to be posted in office of manager of municipal airport.¶
The rules and regulations referred to in Section 13.16.010 shall be posted at the office of the manager of the municipal airport.
