§ 10.32.010. Penalties for parking violations.¶

The following penalties shall be paid by any person violating a parking regulation contained in the Oroville Municipal Code or California Vehicle Code:

§ 10.32.020. Delinquency fee.¶

Any person failing to pay the penalty set forth above within the time required by a notice of delinquent parking violation shall pay a delinquency fee of the amount outlined in the Master Fee Schedule in addition to the parking penalty fee.
