9.16.010 - Glass containers in park.¶
It is unlawful for any person to possess any glass beverage container in any city park or city parking lot within the city. "Beverage" means any liquid intended for human consumption. Violation of this section shall be an infraction.

9.16.020 - Skateboards prohibited.¶
A. No person shall ride, operate, utilize or permit to be used or operated a skateboard or similar device in any of the following areas:
City tennis courts;
The municipal swimming pool and/or the concrete deck surrounding pool facilities.
B. Violations of this section shall be deemed infractions under Section 1.12.020 of this code. Additionally, any person convicted of violating this section may also be held responsible for any damages caused by such unlawful activity and restitution as established by a court of competent jurisdiction.
